After the back office is activated you will be able to access the services and content including your 10 level deep referral network.

It should all be crystal clear when you get in there.

I will take down the GWN site soon after the MyCrowd back office is activated.

MyCrowd is not replacing GWN

MyCrowd is in ADDITION to GreenWin….it is simply a service I have created in response to multiple requests from members all asking for the same thing…that they need to make more money now.

That is what MyCrowd will deliver…for those that want to participate.

GreenWin will continue and all services, products and the affiliate network will be owned and managed by GreenWin Telecoms.

GWT will contact everyone when they are ready to proceed.

So let’s get and keep this fact clear.

The management team who will run GWT will contact you with their updates….it will not be me doing that.

Stakeholder equity is already held in GWT…AND if later on…and only if it is more profitable for investors…then the legal corporate entity used will be GreenWin Corp. This entity is also in place with 200 million shares issued. Stakeholders have been allocated 20 million shares.

The preference is to use GWT as it allows more flexibility re paying out profit share.

But GreenWin Corp offers more possibilities re doing a future IPO….but comes with limitations re paying out profit share and has tax liabilites.

So this is a case of you can’t have your cake and eat it.

But the structures are in place and will be used depending on what determines the most profit for everyone.

As we have seen, the GW technology has been delayed in being released.

I have had this system on my phone for many months…but it needs to be improved…made better

Currently I would give it a 6 or 7 out of 10…and that is not good enough to be released to the public.

So when it is improved and is scoring at least 8 out of 10…then it can be released.

And don’t ask me when that will be…I have no control over that process.

So just sit tight and wait for it to happen…that is what I have to do.

Just one more thing.

I have given stakeholders the same equity in MyCrowd that they had in GWN.

I did not need to do this…but have chosen to do it happily and freely as compensation for delays that were not of my making.

Ways to make money

Method #1 (The Stupid Way): Trade your manual labour (either mental or physical) for money your boss gives you, and just expect that it will keep working. The reason this way sucks, is that you’re intimately involved in the money-getting process, meaning that you have to show up to get paid.

Method #2 (The Smarter, But Not So Smart Way): Sell stuff to people that they don’t want or need, by getting really good at selling. This method can work to make lots of cash now – but the problem is, you’re still intimately involved in the process and are trapped – just like the employee – and since people don’t really want your stupid product, you won’t have any recurring purchases and selling will eventually burn you out.

Method #3 (Getting There – But Not Quite The Greatest Money Getting Method): Find a group of people who want something, and find a way to sell your product or service to them by leveraging what THEY WANT, to sell them what YOU WANT. This method actually works quite well if you know how to sell, but the problem with it is, there’s always a limited market with this method – if you have to convince people to do something that they don’t quite want, you’ve always got to be coming up with crazy ways to sell it to them.

Method #4 (ALMOST the greatest money making method ever, but not quite): Find out a product that a lot of people already want, and find the cheapest, best way of delivering it to them. Man, this method just rocks – the reason? No real selling required, you can acquire customers and keep them cheaper and longer if you give great value – PLUS, you can also upsell them products that they didn’t know they needed yet. However, this method is still, although somewhat leveraged, is a high paying job – however, it’s a relatively easy one if you manage it properly. But unfortunately, if you stop working, your income stops, which leads us to…

Method #5: The BEST Way Of Money Getting In The History Of The World! Are you ready for this? …take a deep breathe

Offer a unique service with high value…repeat subscriptions….and almost zero cost to produce and deliver…then have 100% of those subscriptions paid direct to the subscribing members by other subscribing members.

Now lets see how many referrals you need with the new compensation plan.

The $100 MUST BE PAID TO SOMEONE

So the system will allocate all of those $100 payments to the next eligible member….if you are not eligible.

You might be ok sitting in your comfort zone…getting all those $25 paid to you…and only paying $25 a month to your referrer

But…how will it feel if even just 20 members opt to upgrade and start paying $100 a month…AND YOU GET NONE OF IT.

You will continue to receive their $25 payments every month…but you will not get their additional $100 a month paid to you unless you have upgraded also.

And if the system does allocate those $100 payments to another member…you will have lost them forever.

The system will not switch the payments back to you if and when you decide to upgrade.

You would only be eligible to receive any new upgrade fees …after you upgrade

The system will not turn back the clock for you.

But don’t worry…because you only need 4 members paying you their $25 a month basic fees to be able to cover the upgrade fee of $100.

For those of you that were questioning the abbreviation ‘VP Number’ on the form; this is simply your share dealing account ID number.

For those of you who have broker accounts but cannot have their service extended to trade shares held in Sweden; please use the managed service for now or the recommended broker service we will introduce next week.

We are checking out a couple of online broker services for you all and will post a link next week.

The staff in Sweden will continue to get broker forms processed and will be ready to accept the managed account forms next week. They will provide the ‘power of attorney’ form to complete for that service next week. You will only need to complete and return that form to Sweden if you are not using your own broker services.

Please remember that you can begin using the managed account service and switch later to your own broker account if you wish.

Please do not worry about the 30th June date. You will not miss out if your form has not been received by then. We will simply have all PEPs converted into shares and held with the parent company shares until you contact us with instructions. The initial share values are expected to rise quickly as the services are deployed and a demand for the shares increases. It is demand for the shares that increases their value. Stakeholders: We are making it easier for stakeholders to get their PEPs converted into shares.

Rather than requesting your bank to create a custodian account direct with Euro Clear which many have found impossible to do, we will be posting a form in the equity section of your back office.

IT IS NOT THERE YET SO PLEASE WAIT FOR US TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE AND DO NOT ASK GWN SUPPORT WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

You will be able to use ANY share dealing service including banks or brokers in any country. You simply dowmlaod and complete the form then return it to GWC in Sweden. We will give you an email address and a fax number for this.

GWC staff will then coordinate with the share emitter bank to have the correct number of shares credited to the share dealing account that you have provided.

Euro Clear will still be the clearing house for all transactions but you do not need to even think about them any more as you will just go through your normal bank or broker share dealing account.

The forms are being prepared with the bank now and should be made available to download next week via the equity section of your back office.

Managed Account: Stkeholders who do not or cannot have their own share dealing account direct with a bank or broker can use the managed account service being set up under GWCs broker master account. Please wait for full info to be posted re this service.

Conversion Ratio: The conversion ratio will now be 1:10. This means that you will get 10 shares for each PEP you own during this initial conversion process. Any further future leverage can only be determined based on the 2nd valuaation of GWC. So no emails re this please.

PEPs: You can still purchase the last remaining PEPs.

10 to 499 PEPs has a 25% matching bonus

500+ PEP has a 50% matching bonus.

GWN: Please STOP opening support tickets about the sale of GWN. Info will be posted in due course upon the completion of this process. A special diviend will be issued shortly after the process is completed.

The special dividend is expected to be around 35 cents per PEP. This will be adjusted to be around 3.5 cents per share now that the conversion ratio will be 1:10.

Stakeholders: We would like to invite all stakeholders to create an account with EURO CLEAR. You will need to have an account with Euro Clear to have your private equity converted into shares in GreenWin Corp AB.

You need to request your bank or share dealing service to create the account for you. This is often referred to as a ‘Custodian Account’

Most banks offer a share dealing service but you can also use any other official share dealing service like a broker.

Your bank or broker will create the account with Euro Clear Sweden.

You will see that they provide services in several Eurpean countries. So please make sure that your bank creates your acocunt with Euro Clear Sweden.

Message: GW User name and your Euro clear account ID

You do not need to enter any other info. Any other info you enter will be ignored. We only need your GreenWin user name and your Euro Clear ID.

You do not need to do anything else unless we contact you.

So please do not send follow up emails asking when your shares will be on the account. These mails will be deleted.

We have to work with our share emitter bank in Sweden to have all the shares credited to each account. So please allow us and the bank time to complete the task.

When the shares are credited and the share dealing system is live for GWC, you will be able to buy / sell shares as well as follow the daily share price.

Dividends: After the completion of the sale of GWN and payment received, a special dividend will be issued to stakeholders. This will be your portion / profit share per PEP from the sale of GWN. Any other sales dividend due will also be included.

This dividend may be credited to your back office BUT it could also be issued via Euro Clear. This will be determined by the timing and completion of the deal. We will let you know.

Future Dividends: All future dividends will be made via Euro Clear.

PEPs: PEPs are available until the end of May or until they run out; whatever happens first.

Matching bonus: A new 50% matching bonus will be awarded to all orders of 500 Euros + . A new 25% matching bonus will be applied to all orders from 10 to 499 Euros. This offer is effective as of today and will NOT be back dated. The offer wil llast until the last few remaining PEPs are gone or the end of May.

GWN support CANNOT assist you with your Euro Clear account. Only your bank or official share dealing service can do that.
